Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, I sought refuge in the familiar embrace of a cherished race in Tenterden, Kent. With a desire to test my fitness I returned to the hilly course where I had previously tasted victory.

As soon as I arrived this beautiful town I spotted the sight of a poster bearing my image in the town's high street which filled me with determination.

With each stride, I pushed through the hills with renewed vigor, fueled by the thrill of competition. Crossing the finish line for a second time, I felt a surge of triumph and a renewed sense of purpose.

Tenterden will always be in my heart and I can’t wait to come back in a future event.
